Active inventory continues to rise in King County, while the number of sold listings declined—reflecting the dip in pending sales seen during the second week of March. Pending activity this week held relatively steady, with only a slight decrease from the week prior. New listings also remained consistent, dipping just slightly. Meanwhile, days on market fell by 12.5%, and the median active price held firm for the fourth consecutive week. The median sale price saw a modest increase, suggesting continued buyer demand despite the shifting pace of transactions.
