Neighborhood Expertise– By the numbers 

Washington State has persevered through the unexpected. Despite difficult economic conditions caused by COVID-19, the local housing market has been agile. Home prices have stayed consistent in comparison to 2019, and have even slightly increased in some areas. Though sales have expectedly decreased in current conditions, a healthy return of new listings and sales is forecasted for Seattle and the Eastside for the remainder of the year.
