Curbed Seattle Highlights Seattle's Most Expensive Listings; Features Doucet's Lakehaven Property

March 22, 2016 in In the Media

Curbed Seattle recently highlighted the most expensive homes for sale in the Seattle area, and my Lakehaven Estate listing made their list. Sean Keeley, the article’s author, describes that since it had been over a year since the publication had updated the list, it was due time “to see what the elite are selling and find out what it’s going to take to buy their stuff.”

Lakehaven Estate took the number six spot with its $7,980,000 price tag. As Keeley writes, from the dual arrival options and sophisticated technological features to the “four built-in beer taps in the kitchen, the living room drinking fountain and the cabana/guesthouse near the water,” this is a home to fall in love with.
